摘要
目的:分析抢救护理宫外孕出血性休克患者的方法与效果。方法:选择50例宫外孕出血性休克患者,将其随机分成两组,对照组进行常规妇科护理,观察组除给予积极抢救外,还进行有效的护理干预,然后观察两组患者对护理的满意情况。结果:两组都没有死亡病例,都已康复出院,但对照组有1例患者出现了并发症。两组对护理的满意度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于宫外孕出血性休克患者进行有效的护理干预是很重要的。
Objective： To analysis the nursing method of ectopic pregnancy hemorrhage shock patient and effect.Methods： 50 cases of ectopic pregnancy hemorrhagic patients, were randomly divided into two groups, the control group routine gynecological care, observation group received active rescue, also effective nursing intervention, then the two groups were observed.Results： The two groups were no deaths, have been recovered, but the control group had 1 patients happend complications.Conclusion： The effective nursing intervention in patients with ectopic pregnancy hemorrhagic shock is very important.
