摘要
对2个试验桑园中的38个桑树多倍体杂交组合进行养蚕叶质鉴定,筛选叶质优良的桑树多倍体杂交组合。用供试杂交组合的桑叶养蚕,与对照杂交组合沙2×伦教109相比,万蚕茧层量增加3%以上的有5个杂交组合,5龄100 kg桑叶产茧量增加3%以上的有13个杂交组合。初步鉴定出叶质优良的桑树多倍体杂交组合有M1×9104、M2×93146、M2×93133、M1×94126。方差分析表明,万蚕茧层量在供试桑树杂交组合间的差异极显著,但同一品种在2个试验桑园间的差异不显著;5龄100 kg桑叶产茧量在供试桑树杂交组合间的差异极显著,且同一品种在2个试验桑园间的差异也极显著,表明影响桑叶品质的因素除桑树杂交组合的遗传因素外,还有桑园环境因素的作用;5龄用叶量与产茧量、万蚕茧层量呈极显著正相关,但与5龄100 kg桑叶产茧量没有相关性,表明桑叶品质是影响饲料效率的重要因素。
In order to select mulberry polyploid hybrid combinations of excellent leaf quality,38 mulberry polyploid hybrid combinations in 2 test mulberry gardens were used to rear silkworm for leaf quality evaluation.Compared with the control variety Sha 2×Lunjiao 109,there were 5 hybrid combinations of which cocoon shell yield per 10 000 larvae increased by more than 3%,and 13 hybrid combinations of which cocoon yield per 100 kg leaves in the 5th instar increased by more than 3%.Mulberry polyploid hybrid combinations M1×9104,M2×93146,M2×93133 and M1×94126 were found to have excellent quality leaf.The analysis of variance showed that cocoon shell yield per 10 000 larvae was extremely significantly different between different mulberry hybrid combinations but that of the same variety growing in different test mulberry gardens was not significantly different.Cocoon yield per 100 kg leaves in the 5th instar was extremely significantly different between different mulberry hybrid combinations and that of the same variety growing in different test mulberry gardens was also extremely significantly different,indicating that,besides genetic factors of mulberry hybrid combinations,environmental factors of mulberry garden also affect mulberry leaf quality.Leaf consumption in the 5th instar had extremely significant positive correlation with cocoon yield and cocoon shell yield per 10 000 larvae,but no correlation with cocoon yield per 100 kg leaves in the 5th instar,indicating that mulberry leaf quality is an important factor affecting feed efficiency.
