摘要
介绍了NIR805AG型傅里叶变换近红外分析仪的光学结构、特点以及在成品油生产中的应用情况。将NIR805AG型傅里叶变换近红外分析仪在线检测的数据与原油基础模型库中的数据进行比较,利用分析软件测算出各调合组分油的成分。将测算结果作为优化控制参数,利用汽油在线优化调合控制系统对组分油的调合比例和流量进行调整,从而生产出高品质的成品油。应用结果表明:该分析仪分析速度快、准确度高、为汽油在线优化调合控制系统提供了可靠的数据支持。
It was introduced that the optical structure and characteristics of NIR805AG-Fourier transform near-infrared analyzer and its application in the production of refined oil. The on-line detection data from the analyzer compared with data from the oil spectrum model library, components in the blending of refined oil were calculated by analysis software. In order to produce high quality refined oils, results of the calculation were acted as parameters of optimizing for adjustment to blending ratio and flow rate in gasoline on-line optimizing blending control system. The application results showed that the analyzer had high speed, high accuracy and high reliability of data support for the gasoline of on-line blending optimization control system.
