摘要
为了解湖北师范学院近几年社会体育专业毕业生的就业情况,运用文献资料法、调查法、访谈法对我院社会体育专业2007～2013届学生的就业现状进行分析。结果显示:近几年社会体育专业学生毕业后从事社会体育领域相关工作的岗位率较低,改行易业现象普遍,社会体育领域的就业市场还没有形成,针对这一现状,从社会、学校、学生自身三个因素方面深入探讨导致目前就业现状的原因,并提出建议,以期为高校社会体育专业建设和发展提供参考。
In order to understand Our institute of social sports Specialty students＇employment status in recent years,Author analysed 2007 - 2013students employment situation of the Hubei Normal University social sports professional through the literature review, investigation, Interview. The results showed： in recent years the social sports professional graduates has been the lower rate of job related work in the field of social sports majors, phenomenon commonly diverted easy industry employment in the field has been, social sports market has not formed response to this situation. Investigate factors depth led to the current employment status from the community, schools, students themselves and provide a reference for the construction and development of university social sports professional.
