摘要
从自然界中分离出 2 7株丛霉菌 ,筛选了β -胡萝卜素高产菌株 ,考察了液态发酵和半固态发醇生产胡萝卜素的适宜条件。在含糖蜜和尿素的液态培养中进行静态发酵时 ,每升发酵液中生成 2 0mg~ 90mgβ -胡萝卜素。在用玉米胚、糖蜜和尿素制成的半固态培养基上进行发酵时 ,获得较高浓度 (0 84 6mg/g干基 )的 β -胡萝卜素。
Strains of Dematium were isolated and screened in order to obtain a high β-carotene producer strain. On a liquid medium containing mollase and urea, when stationary cultivation was performed, there were prodced 20 mg-90 mg β-carotene/L medium. On a semisolid medium based on mollase and urea, higher concentrations of β-carotene were obtained (up to 0 846mg/g d.m) from the filamentous fungi. So, a coloured powder containing both endo and exo β-carotene was obtained by solid state fermentation.
