摘要
本文利用再生骨料部分或全部取代天然骨料配制再生混凝土,并以C40强度等级为例,对不同配合比的混凝土工作性能、力学性能、耐久性能(氯离子渗透性能)等进行了对比分析。试验结果表明:在同等条件下,再生骨料对混凝土工作性能、力学性能、耐久性能均有一定的影响,但通过外掺矿物掺合料(粉煤灰),配以合理的减水剂等措施,利用再生骨料配制中低强度等级的再生混凝土,技术上是完全可行的。
This paper researched the technology of using recycled aggregate to replace natural aggregate to make recycled concrete. The working performance, mechanical property and durability (chloride ion penetration) of C40 concrete with different mix proportion were compared and analyzed. The results show that the working performance, mechanical property and durability would be influenced by added the recycle aggregate. However, the properties can be improved by adding some fly ash and water reducing agent. And the technology of using recycled aggregate to replace natural aggregate to make recycled concrete in low intensity level is feasible.
