摘要
针对某酒店式公寓项目其空调系统的方案选择,分别对采用水环热泵系统、风冷变频多联空调系统及水冷中央空调系统三种空调方案的工作原理、设计及投资成本、运行维护成本等进行全面的分析比较,并结合酒店式公寓项目空调因使用时间和使用房间数随意而导致空调负荷变化率大、同时使用系数低的特点,建议采用风冷变频多联空调系统。
For a certain apartment project in its air-conditioning system of program options, respectively, the working principle, design investment cost and operation maintenance cost of three air conditioning programs, which are composed of the water loop heat pump system, air-cooled frequency conversion air conditioning system, and water-cooled central air conditioning system, are comprehensively analyzed and compared. Moreover, according to the using time of air conditioning and the using room numbers randomly, result in air conditioning load change rate becoming high, while using low coefficient. Finally, air-cooled frequency conversion air conditioning system is recommended.
