摘要
以聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)、苯乙烯系阳离子交换树脂(以下简称交换树脂)、2-(三氟甲基)丙烯酸甲酯(fPMMA)为原料,将其混合均匀并造粒后制得了新型PVC膜改性剂,其与PVC树脂混合后采用浸没沉淀相转化法制得了PVC膜,考察了该改性剂的配比及在PVC膜中的含量对膜性能的影响。结果表明:①经红外光谱表征,PVC膜引入了PVC膜改性剂中的官能团;②PVC膜改性剂的最佳配比为m(PVDF)∶m(交换树脂)∶m(fPMMA)=84∶10∶6,在PVC膜中的质量分数以15%为宜。
Polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF), styrene type cation exchange resin (hereafter referred to as exchange resin) and 2-trifluoromethyl methacrylate(fPMMA) were mixed and granulated, and new PVC membrane modifiers were obtained. PVC resins were blended with the PVC membrane modifiers, and PVC membranes were prepared from the blend by immersion-precipitation phase inversion process. The influences of modifier ratio and its content in PVC membrane on the properties of membrane were studied. The results showed that:① the functional groups of PVC membrane modifier were lead into PVC membrane characterized by infrared spectrum; ② the best ratio of PVC membrane modifier was m (PVDF) : rn (exchange resin) : m(fPMMA) = 84 : 10 : 6, and the best mass fraction of the modifier in PVC membrane was 15%.
