摘要 心音图运动试验 (PCGET)是作者新近提出和进行的一项心肌收缩能力和心力储备的评估方法。为了验明 PCGET方法的实用价值 ,我们进行了该方法的敏感性和特异性的研究。对50个志愿者进行了 PCGET并按常规算式分析了该方法的敏感性和特异性。 PCGET的敏感性和特异性分别为 96 %和 10 0 %。反复的试验表明 ,PCGET是心力储备的无伤性、简便。 Phonocardiogram exercise testing(PCGET)is a recently method developed by the authors of this paper to evaluate cardiac contractility and the cardiac specificity of patients of cardio\|blood vessels,and healthy people; and their reserve heart capability as well.Fifty volunteers were performed PCGET.The sensitivity was 96% and the specificity was 100% espectively.Repeated tests showed that PCGET is a non\|invasive,easy,and low cost method to measure and evoluate the quantity of reserve of patients with heart disease and of health subjects.\;
