摘要
该文介绍将脉冲管制冷机应用于高温超导电性的研究情况;结合对高T_c样品特性的测试,给出脉冲管制冷机在超导电性测试中的应用范例。理论分析和实验结果表明,利用脉冲管制冷机做冷源的恒温器可以在60K到空温范围内方便地进行多种物性参数的升温和降温测试。
With the developments of pulse tube refrigerator (P.T.R. ) technique,the P.T.R.has been used in various purposes.This work puts the co-axial mini-compact P.T.R.into use in the measurements of high Tc superconductivity successfully for first time,and gives an example of this kind of application. The results of both theoretical and experimental analysis show that it is v-ery convenient to measure the 'R-T' , 'X-T' and so on in the study of high Tc superconductivity within a wide temperature range down to 60 K by using the P.T.R.as cooling source.
