摘要 目的:评价电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定尿铜。方法:将尿液标本用去离子水稀释5倍,使用JY ULTIMA-2型电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪,在波长324.754 nm下测定尿铜标本。结果:1个月内对3个浓度水平的尿铜标本各检测分批,每批重复测定3次。批内CV 4.2%~4.6%,批间CV 4.8%~5.0%,总CV 4.6%~4.9%,方法的精密度1.57%~1.66%,回收率97.4%~98.8%,尿铜元素的线性相关系数r=0.999 8。结论:ICP-AES检测尿铜精密度和准确度高,可作为检测尿铜的常规方法。 Objective: The evaluation of methodology measuring urinary copper using ICP-AES. Method: The urine specimen were diluted 5 times with deionized wate,followed by detection using the best-working-state JY ULTIMA-2 ICP-AES on the condition of 324.754nm. Result: Three urine specimens were detected in different concentration batched three within one month.Each time,they were detected three times.The range of batch inside was CV 4.2%~4.6%,between batches was CV 4.8%~5.0% and the total CV 4.6%~4.9%.The method degree of precision was 1.57%~1.66%.The standardized recovery was 97.4%~98.8%.The linear correlation coefficient of the urinary copper was r=0.9998. Conclusion: Laboratory tests suggest that the method using ICP-AES to detect urinary copper does not have systemic errores.This method is accurate and reliable which can be applied as a conventional way to detect urinary copper.
