套损井治理技术方案研究及矿场应用 被引量:4

摘要 套管损坏对油田的生产影响非常大,根据损坏的程度,可以采取相应的修复方法,最常见的方法是铣套。常规铣套工作只是实现了打通路径的目的,并不能保证通道的稳定性,可能出现通道在短期内出砂或坍塌的现象。为了实现既可以打通通道,又可以避免引起井壁进一步变形和损坏,保障后期油井的正常生产,提出了铣套后防砂、加固一体化技术方案;铣套后悬挂尾管固井加固技术方案;铣套后实体膨胀管补贴技术方案和铣套后堵剂加固四种新的技术思路。通过这些措施,最终能够实现既打通通道,又加固了井壁,保障了浅层套损井既需加固又需防砂的要求,解决了长井段多点套损井段需最大限度地增大处理后内通径的难题,该方案已通过现场试验取得成功,证明该方案科学有效。 Casing damage can cause bad impact on production in oil fields.Corresponding remedies may be applied to different level of damages,the most common way is casing milling.The conventional ways of casing milling can open the wellbore path but can't guarantee the wellbore stability,therefore the milled wellbore may suffer from sanding problem even collapse in a short period.In order to both achieve opening the wellbore path and avoid the further deformation and damage of the milled wellbore,integrated technical solutions after the casing milling have been developed,including sand control and wellbore stability enhancement,cemented liner and wellbore reinforcement,expandable casing patch solution,and plugging agent reinforcement,by these measures can achieve both opening the wellbore path and avoid the further deformation and damage of the milled wellbore,thus problems of casing damage in shallow zones have been solved by these solutions,meeting the requirements of sand control and wellbore stability enhancement,maximum widen the wellbore path for multi-spot damage in a long casing section.These solutions have been successfully applied in the well,these experiments can proof the program is scientific and effective.
