摘要
从粤东、粤西、粤北、珠三角不同区域进行广东省农村生活环境卫生状况调查监测,分析了广东农村生活环境总体特征(生活垃圾产生量大,无害化处理率较低;生活污水处理率低,工业污水破坏农村环境;农村改厕成效明显,但粪便排放处理率低;卫生制度队伍开始建立,但投入严重不足;病媒生物防制有效开展,但仍任重道远),以及农村生活环境污染的客观条件原因、管理制度原因、技术层面原因,从制度创新、技术创新、组织创新方面提出改善广东农村生活环境的对策。
From Eastern Guangdong, Western Guangdong, North Guangdong and Pearl River Delta of China, the author made investigation and monitoring of living environment and health conditions in Guangdong rural areas. The overall characteristics of Guangdong rural living environment were analyzed. Life trash quantity was large, harmless treatment rate was low. Sewage treatment rate was low, industrial sewage destroyed the environment. Rural latrine improvement achieved remarkable results, but the low rate of fecal discharge treatment. Health system team was began to build, but a serious shortage of inputs. Vector control effectively, but it still had a long way to go. The objective conditions of life of rural environmental pollution causes, management system, technical reasons were analyzed, some countermeasures to improve the living environment of rural Guangdong were put forward from system innovation, technology innovation, organization innovation.
