急性脑梗死合并亚临床甲状腺功能减退患者TSH水平与神经功能缺损的关系

Relationship Between TSH Level and Neurological Impairment in Acute Ischemic Stroke Patients with Subclinical Hypothyroidism

摘要 【目的】探讨急性脑梗死合并亚临床甲状腺功能减退(scH)患者血清中促甲状腺激素(TSH)与神经功能缺损的关系及其临床意义。【方法】收集本院神经内科收治的39例急性脑梗死合并SCH患者的临床资料,按TSH升高值不同将患者分为轻度和中度两组,对其神经功能缺损程度进行NIHSS评分并比较其变化。【结果】TsH中度升高组NIHSS评分明显低于TSH轻度升高组,且两组间相比较差异有显著性(P〈0.05)。【结论】急性脑梗死时神经功能缺损程度与TSH水平变化相关,TSH水平越高,神经功能损害程度相对越轻,TSH水平在一定程度上反应了病情的轻重程度。 [ObjectivelTo explore the relationship between serum thyroid-stimulating hormone(TSH) and neurological impairment in patients with acute ischemic stroke and subclinical hypothyroidism(SCH). [Meth- odslClinical data of 39 cases of acute ischemic stroke with SCH admitted to our hospital were collected. Ac- cording to the elevation values of TSH, all patients were divided into mild group and moderate group. NIHSS score was used to assess the neurological impairment and compared between two groups. [ResultslNIHSS score of the moderate group was obviously lower than that of the mild group, and there was significant differ- ence between the two groups( P d0.05). [ConclusionlThe degree of neurological impairment of acute ischemic stroke is associated with TSH level. Neurological impairment is relatively lighter when TSH level is higher. TSH level can predict the severity of acute ischemic stroke at some extent.
