摘要
通过对大阳泉煤矿工作面主副巷、密闭墙压能分布规律及标志性气体的检测分析,得到该矿采空区漏风情况、均压压力,以及O2、CO、CO2、C2H6、C2H4、C3H8等标志性气体浓度变化的规律,为确定2120、8124主巷密闭墙以内巷道煤体破碎带自燃危险区域范围及其形态提供了技术支持。根据采空区遗煤自燃特点,从加强通风管理、气体与温度检测、均压、灌注三相泡沫等方面制订了全面的遗煤自燃防控体系。
Through the analysis on the pressure energy distribution law in the main gate and tail gate in working face and on the sealing wall and the detection of the indicator gases in Dayangquan Coal Mine, the variation regularity of the air leakage, even air pressure and indicator gas including 02, CO, CO2 , C2 H6, C2 H4 and C3 Hs in the gob was obtained, which provided the technical support for the determination of the spontaneous combustion hazard and its development in the broken coal zone within the sealing walls of the main gate 2120 and 8124. Based on the characteristics of the residual coal spontaneous combustion in the gob, a comprehensive prevention and control system for residual coal spontaneous combustion was made from strengthening ventilation management, the detection of gas and temperature, fireproof by elimination of pressure difference, grouting three- phase foam and so on.
