摘要 为了能够更准确地测定粉尘层比电阻,进而为静电除尘设计、静电防护设计和粉尘静电点燃判定等提供依据,按照IEC 1241-2-2标准研制出粉尘层比电阻测定装置。该装置采用基于SG3525的高压稳压电源实现7个不同档位高电压的输出,且采用ARM7实现模拟信号到数字信号的转换,并通过液晶屏实时显示所测定的电阻值。性能试验结果表明,该测定装置具有操作简便、性能稳定、测定精度高的特点,可用于粉尘层比电阻测定及粉尘层比电阻的试验研究工作。 A new measuring device for dust layer specific resistance was developed according to the standard of IEC 1241-2-2 in order to determine the specific resistance of the dust layer more accurately and then provide the basis for the design of electrostatic dust collection, the design of electrostatic protection and the determination of electrostatic dust ignition. In this device, a high-voltage stabilizing power supply based on SG3525 was used to realize the high-voltage output in seven different ranks, ARM7 was applied to achieve the conversion of the analog signal to digital signal, and LCD screen was used to display the measured electric resistance value. The performance test showed that this device has the characteristics of simple operation, steady performance and high measuring precision, and can be used for the measurement and experimental research of the specific resistance of dust layer.
