防爆柴油机排气歧管流场分析与结构优化 被引量:2

摘要 建立了防爆柴油机排气歧管内流场的CFD模型,应用计算流体力学分析软件FLUENT模拟排气歧管内部烟气的流动,得出烟气温度、速度和压力的分布状况。数值模拟结果表明,各缸分别排气时,防爆柴油机烟气模型基本符合排气要求,流动顺畅,温度分布较为合理,但在两个边侧位置存在强烈涡流。因此,为了降低压力损失,减小流通阻力,应对原有结构进行优化。结果表明,优化后的烟气模型边侧位置的强烈涡流消失,流通阻力减小,速度分布更为均匀。 In this paper, a CFD model of exhaust manifold flow field in flameproof diesel engine is established. With the use of FLUENT software, it is easy to simulate exhaust gas flow and get the distributions of flow field temperature, speed and pressure in the exhaust manifoht. As Numerical simulation results show, alter eombustion is completed in one cylinder, exhaust gas is cleared out from exhaust manifoht. Exhaust gas model of flameproof diesel engine hasically meets /he needs of exhaust requirements, and fows smoothly. In addition, the temperature distribution of it is more reasonable. However, there exist strong eddy currents in two side positions. Therefore, in reduce pressure losses and deerease low resistances, the original structure is optimized. The results show that strong eddy curretlls in two side positions disappear in the optimized exhaust gas model, and flow resistances decrease. Furthermore,, velocity distribution is more unifirm.
