摘要
试验采用鸡胚胎制作的成纤维细胞饲养层培养细胞,成功实现鹌鹑原始生殖细胞(PGCs)的传代培养;并通过对比试验,验证了生长因子LIF、SCF、bFGF能够显著提高PGCs存活率和抑制其分化。
In this experiment, PGCs of quails were cultured and subcultured successfully in chicken fibroblast feed layer. And contrast test showed that the growth factor （ LIF,SCF,bFGF）can significantly improve the survival rate of PGCs and inhibit their differentiation.
