摘要
从低碳经济视角出发,构造了旅游景区碳排放足迹指标,对旅游活动的环境压力进行测度,再利用数据包络分析法与方向性距离函数,结合旅游景区碳排放足迹指标,构建了低碳旅游服务提供效率模型与指数。最后,以四川省19个旅游景区为对象,将传统旅游服务提供效率与低碳旅游服务提供效率的测算结果进行对比分析,研究结果显示,环境因素考虑与否,对旅游景区服务提供效率值产生很大的影响,考虑环境因素的旅游服务提供效率测评更为科学、合理。
This paper proceeds from the perspective of low-carbon economy and had constructed the tourist attractions carbon emissions footprint indicators to measure the pressure of the environment of tourism activities, and re-used data envelopment analysis with directional distance function combined with the tourist attractions carbon emissions footprint indicators and build a low-carbon travel service provider efficiency model with index. Finally, it analyzed the estimation results of efficien- cy provided by traditional travel services and low-carbon travel service in 19 scenic spots in Sichuan Province, and the study results show that whether consider the environmental factors will impact a lot to efficiency proved by tourist attractions.
