随着我国加入WTO ,本文针对福建省水产业的具体情况 ,分析了如何充分、有效地利用外资推动水产业规模化扩张。
Along with our country's participation of WTO,on the concrete status of fisheries industry in Fujian province,the paper analyzes how to fully and effectively utilize foreign capital so as to give impetus to the expanding of fisheries scalerization and industry structure changing generation and escalation for the purpose of developing fisheries industry of the province.
