摘要
作为第一代、第二代中央领导集体的重要成员,陈云在对香港工作方面做出了重要贡献,主要包括:重视内地与香港的贸易活动,强调充分发挥香港的"通道"作用;支持华润公司等香港对外贸易机构的工作以及推动香港回归祖国等。他一方面推动内地与香港的贸易;另一方面"利用香港作跳板",扩大与西方资本主义国家的贸易。在对港经济工作中,陈云注重运用辩证法,正确处理对港贸易的有利条件和不利条件。陈云多次与华润公司等香港对外贸易机构负责人谈话,在了解对外贸易工作情况的同时,提出了许多建设性意见。他对于香港"五十年不变"的高度肯定与"我们对得起我们的子孙后代"的铿锵诺言,体现出老一辈无产阶级革命家的睿智与使命感。
As the important member of the CPC’s central collective leadership of the first and the second generations,Chen Yun had made important historical contributions to Hong Kong work,mainly including:to emphasize on the trade activities between the Mainland and Hong Kong,to stress to give full use of Hong Kong’s role as 'channel',to support the work of China Resources Company and other external trade institutions in Hong Kong,as well as to promote Hong Kong’s return to the motherland and etc.. He promoted the trade between the Mainland and Hong Kong on one hand,on the other hand expanded the trade with the Western capitalist countries by using Hong Kong as a springboard. For the economic work to Hong Kong,Chen Yun payed attention to use dialectics and correctly handle the favorable and unfavorable conditions of Hong Kong trade. By talking to the persons in charge of China Resources Company and other external trade institutions in Hong Kong for several times Chen Yun knew the situations of the foreign trade and at the same time put forward many constructive suggestions. Chen Yun’s high affirmations to Hong Kong’s policy unchanged for 50 years and sonorous promises of treating the descendants fairly reflects the wisdom and a sense of mission of proletarian revolutionaries of the older generation.
