摘要
党的十八大提出要建设"三型"马克思主义政党,这不仅是中国共产党对党建目标发展的新定位,更是自身长期历史发展过程的客观体现。而建设"三型"执政党,党不仅有高度的道路自觉、理论自觉、制度自觉,同时也有在21世纪现实实行的重要性和紧迫性。建设"三型"执政党的现实路径是,既要在政党自身及其对象化职能的"三型"建设中发展,也要在现实有效机制监督的"三型"建设中发展。
The eighteenth national congress of the communist party of China has decided to construct a ＂three types＂ Marxist political party, this is not only the new aim of party construction development, but also it objectively reflect its long-term historical development process. And to construct ＂three forms＂ ruling party, the party needs to have not only high consciousness in path finding, theory and system; but also have the importance and urgency in the real practice during the 21st century. To construct the ＂three forms＂ ruling party, we should develop it by building its objective function and realizing its effective supervision.
