摘要
目的:探讨五子衍宗丸对化疗后肿瘤生长及由化疗引起的疲劳的作用及机制。方法 :建立荷4T1乳腺癌小鼠模型,并将其随机分为TC组、PTX组、WZYZ组、WZYZ+PTX组。给药21 d,处死小鼠后检测小鼠脏器指数及肌肉超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)水平。结果:WZYZ组、WZYZ+PTX组小鼠的力竭游泳时间显著延长,与TC组比较,WZYZ+PTX组、PTX组的瘤重均显著减轻;WZYZ+PTX组的肿瘤体积显著变小。与PTX组比较,WZYZ+PTX组小鼠的胸腺指数显著升高,且SOD值明显升高,MDA浓度明显降低。结论:五子衍宗丸具有提高紫杉醇化疗敏感性、减轻化疗相关性疲劳的作用。其作用机制可能与调节免疫,抑制氧化应激损伤等作用有关。
Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of WuZiYanZong pill (WZYZ) on chemotherapy sensitivity and chemotherapy related fatigue (CRF) in mice. Methods BALB/c mouse models of breast cancer were prepared by 4T1 cell inoculation and randomized into the TC group, the paclitaxel(PTX) group, the WZYZ group, and the WZYZ+PTX group, respectively. After 21 days treatment, all mice were sacrificed and used for determinations of SOD and MDA in muscle and organ indexes. Results The swimming abilities of mice in the WZYZ+PTX group and the WZYZ group were significantly enhanced. Compared with the TC group, the tumor weight in WZYZ+PTX and PTX was significantly lighter, and the tumor volume in WZYZ+PTX was significantly smaller. Compared with the PTX group, the thymus index of mouse and the SOD level were significantly increased, and the MDA level was significantly decreased in the WZYZ group and WZYZ+PTX group. Conclusions WZYZ could efficiently enhance the chemotherapy sensitivity of PTX and alleviate the CRF. The immune regulation and antioxidant effect of WZYZ may contribute to the antitumor ability of WZYZ.
