筒辊磨几何参数方程求解及计算机仿真

Solution of geometric parameter equations of tube roller mill and simulation

摘要 筒辊磨几何参数方程的建立与求解是筒辊磨设计与研究急待解决的关键问题。根据筒辊磨各几何参数的物理含义,重新对其进行了定义,建立了完整的几何参数数学模型,求解了筒辊磨几何参数方程,确定了主要几何参数,给出了相应的特性曲线的数学表达式,揭示了筒辊磨各个几何参数的内在联系,并采用MATLAB与SolidWorks软件对求解结果进行了仿真验证。 Establishment and solution of geometric parameter equations of the tube roller mill are the key issues in design and study of the tube roller mill. According to physical meaning of the geometric parameters of the tube roller mill, the paper redefined various geometric parameters, and established the mathematical model involving all the geometric parameters. In addition, the geometric parameter equations of the tube roller mill were solved, and major geometric parameters were determined. The mathematical formula corresponding to various characteristic curves were offered, which revealed the internal link of various geometric parameters of the tube roller mill. At last, MATLAB and SolidWorks were applied to verify the solution results.
