摘要
在养老服务中,往往只重视老年人需求的满足,忽视了日常照料老年人的家庭照顾者的身心压力。老年社会工作不仅要为老年人本人提供服务与帮助,而且也应该为照顾者提供协助和支持。老年社会工作者秉持专业的价值伦理,运用系统的知识体系和各种有效的助人方法,从微观的个案工作、中观的小组团体工作到较宏观层面的社区工作、社会行政以及对制定相关社会政策的建议,为城市老人照顾者提供全方位的支持,从而成为他们的减负者、协助者、政策影响者、教育培训者、资源整合者、调解者、心理治疗者和呼吁者。
In the service for the aged,their demands are often focused,while their caregivers＇ psychological stress is neglected.The work for the aged needs service and aid for them and also deserves the support and assistance for caregivers.These social workers adhere to professional value and ethics and apply systematic knowledge system and various aiding ways.The author put forward many suggestions for all-round support of city caregivers,such as detailed cases,group work and communities work,social administration as well as relative advice of social policies.
