摘要
“文化力”作为一种深层的、本质的制约力量 ,是造成我国地区之间发展不平衡的重要因素。贫穷落后常常不是因为物质上的匮乏 ,而在于思想落后、观念陈旧、思维方式保守、文化素质低下。在深化改革的今天 ,要缩小地区差距 ,提高我国的整体发展水平 ,必须着重发展“文化力”。
as a kind of deep and essential power,cultural power is the important factor that has caused unbalanced development among areas in our country.Poverty and backwardness are caused by the backward thoughts,the old points of view,the conservative ways of thinking,the low cultural quality rather than material deficiency.Cultural power must be developed for reducing the difference and distance among areas and increasing the development level of the whole nation under today's deepened reform.
