上呼吸道感染胸闷的患者的临床治疗与分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨上呼吸道感染伴胸闷的患者的临床治疗效果。方法选取2010年3月至2011年9月在我院治疗上呼吸道感染伴胸闷的120例患者的临床资料,将120例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组在抗生素治疗的基础上联合应用大山楂丸治疗,对照组仅进行抗生素治疗,对比观察其治疗效果。结果其他条件相同的情况下,观察组的治疗效果明显快于对照组。结论在阿奇霉素注射液联合大山楂丸对上呼吸道感染胸闷的患者治疗效果更佳,疗程更短,减轻了患者的经济负担。
