摘要
目的探讨应用低场磁共振做小肠造影在诊断小肠疾病中的临床价值。方法选取2011年1月至2012年8月我院收治的疑患小肠疾病者共38例,均接受磁共振小肠造影及小肠插管造影检查方法。结果采用低场磁共振小肠造影检查出小肠疾病共28例,其中有16例患者接受手术治疗,其手术病理诊断均与磁共振小肠造影检查结果一致(100%);而小肠插管造影与手术病理诊断相符率为93.75%。结论低场磁共振小肠造影检查对小肠疾病的诊断具有较高的临床价值。
Objective Learn the value of low-field magnetic resonance with intestine radiography in diagnosing intestine disease. Methods 38 patients suspected of having intestine disease from Jan 2011 to Aug 2012 all accepted low-field magnetic resonance with intestine radiography and intestinal intubation angiography. Results 28 cases of intestine diseases were diagnosed by low-field magnetic resonance with intestine radiography, and the outcome of 16 cases were in accordance with operation pathological diagnosis. The rate of diagnosing intestinal intubation angiography matched to operation pathological diagnosis was 93.75%. Conclusion Low-field magnetic resonance with intestine radiography has a better clinic value for diagnosing intestine disease.
