摘要
根据建筑用相变储能材料的特性,提出了温度相对滞后率和节能效率2个节能评价指标,在此基础上研制了相变材料的节能评价装置。利用相变石膏板与绝热材料导热系数参比板进行对比试验,对评价指标的实现过程进行了试验研究。结果表明:在阻挡室内温度上升,直至达到人体舒适温度上限的时间上,相变材料掺量为5%的储能石膏板比参比板滞后约136.4%,维持室内舒适温度所耗电能节约30.8%。所研制的装置能较好地实现相变储能材料的节能评价试验。
Based on the characteristics of phase change materials (PCM), two energy-saving evaluation indexes were proposed:relative temperature lag rate and energy efficiency. On the basis, a energy-saving evaluation device was invented to experiment the implementation process of evaluation indexes. A compar- ison experiment was conducted between PCM plaster board and reference board. Results showed that at the time of preventing indoor temperature rising to its upper limit of human comfort temperature, PCM plaster board lagged approximately 136.4% behind that of reference board ,thus it could save 30. 8% en- ergy-consuming than reference board to maintain indoor comfort temperature. The device could perform the PCM energy efficiency evaluation test well.
