摘要
兼融高职教育的"职业性"与"人文性",培养具有良好职业技能和职业人格的全面发展的"职业人",是世界高职教育发展的趋势,也是高职人才可持续发展的动力,更应成为中国高职院校内涵发展和克服社会职业人文缺失的重要途径。
Vocational education should be developed with the combination of professionalism with humanity in order to cultivate students＇ vocational skill and personality .This is not only the developing trend of the world vocational education and the motive force of the sustainable development of vocational talents, but also an important way to overcome the lack of social vocational humanism and to develop the connotation of vocational colleges.
