摘要
心理因素是机体应对外界刺激的一个不可或缺的要素。在体育及其他领域,心理因素都作用巨大。当运动员感到疲惫时,如果受到鼓舞,其交感神经就会兴奋,从而激发继续奋斗的力量;相反,则很可能一蹶不振,失去前进的动力。培养运动员较强的心理承受力也是现代体育的必然要求。在此过程中,教练员的因素愈加明显。本文筛选出关于教练员与运动员心理素质培养的3篇最新研究,关注教练员对运动员心理的作用,以期对广大教练员有所启发。
Psychological factors play important roles in body's responses to the external stimuli, whatever in sport or other fields. When athletes feel tired, they can get more strength and make progress if they are encouraged from coaches, otherwise, they may lack the power and lose the game. This is the importance of psychology. In modern sport, the psychological training is one important part of the work. In this process, coaches are the critical factors. We selected three articals published on Psycholozy of Sport and L~'XCl"Cl"Se in recent two years in the field of the coaches and athletes. The relationship between coaches may receive inspiration on how to cope with and educate the players' psychology status.These pieces may bring inspiration to Chinese coaches on dealing with players' psychology status.
