通过问卷调查、实验、数理统计等多种方法,以凯里学院10级体育教育专业男生班为研究对象,从理论及实验研究方面分析及验证了坐落式落地技术的优越性.对当前高校体育教育专业跳远教学中落地技术的教学现状进行了问卷调查.以期为高校体育专业跳远教学提供理论指导和技术参考.
