摘要
高校学生干部是高校思政工作专职教师和学生的联系桥梁和沟通纽带,是高校学生思想政治工作队伍中一支强大的生力军,更是大学生实现自我教育、自我服务、自我管理的执行者和中坚力量。目前,高校中"90后"已成为当前高校学生干部的主体。结合社会背景、教育背景和家庭背景等因素,如何将"90后"培养成最优质的学生干部,并实现高校学生自我管理,是高校学生工作中非常值得探讨的一个问题。
College student cadres are the bridge the communication link between the students and the full-time teachers of ideological and political work in Colleges and universities, is a powerful new force team of College Students, also is the executor and the backbone to realize self-education, self-management, self-service of the university students. At present, the ＂after 90＂ has become the main body of the college student cadres.
