摘要
探讨了基于图书馆个性化服务的馆员继续教育重要性,分析了个性化服务迅速发展与馆员及时、准确的服务产生的矛盾,提出了图书馆在个性化服务不断开展条件下做好馆员继续教育的措施。
This paper Probes into the importance of librarian＇ s continuous education based on library＇ s personalized service, analyzes the contradiction between the rapid development of personalized service and librarian＇s timely and accurate service, and puts forward some measures for doing well librarian＇s continuous education under the condition of continuously carrying out personalized service by the library.
