摘要
为了实现对运动控制系统的控制,提出了一种基于“PSD3354D单片机运动控制系统的设计方案,并完成系统的软硬件设计。该系统硬件部分主要由键盘输入模块、LCD显示模块、电机驱动等模块组成,软件部分采用KeilVision2进行编程,能够比较精确地控制物体运动,并给出误差分析,实际应用表明,该系统具有适应范围较广,电路简单,成本低,控制方便,移植性强,实用价值高的特点。
In order to control the motion system, there is one design project raised based on p, PSD3354D microco ntroller motion control system and accomphsh the system design of the hardware & software. This hardware of this syste m consist of keyboard input mode, LCD output, Steppermotor drive etc. The software of this system use Kefl μVisio n2 to programe. It can accuracy control the object motion and providee the tolerance analysis. The practical apphcation s hows this system adapt to a wide range of usage. The electric circuit is simple. The cost is low. It is easy to control. It is str ong transplantation. The practical value is high.
