摘要
高校大学生职业规划和就业指导定位于职业意识养成教育,坚持系统性、整体性的原则,贯穿于教育活动的全过程。提高大学生的职业能力,需要广泛开展终生教育,积极推进就业信息库建设,加强对大学生职业行为风格与职业性格、职业兴趣与职业价值观、职业能力倾向等不同维度的测评,提高职业规划与就业指导的科学化水平和社会化程度。
Career planning and employment guidance for college students targets at education to develop career awareness, adheres to systematic and holistic principle and permeates in the whole process of education activities.To improve the professional ability of college students, it needs to carry out life education, construct employment information database, take career evaluation on dimensions of professional behavior style and personality, career interests and career values, career aptitude, and further heighten its scientific and social level of the occupation planning and employment guidance for college students.
