摘要
目的评价综合护理方案用于后腹腔镜手术治疗泌尿系统疾病患者中的临床价值。方法选取本院泌尿科就诊的患有输尿管结石且需要手术治疗的患者97例,采用随机数表法将97例患者分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用常规护理方案进行护理,观察组采用综合护理方案进行护理。结果观察组满意35例,一般10例,不满意4例;对照组满意19例,一般16例,不满意13例;两组临床护理满意度比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过综合护理干预,加强泌尿系统保护,在该病治疗过程中起至关重要的作用,提高了患者的护理满意度。
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of comprehensive care in patients after laparoscopic surgery for urinary system. Methods Ninety seven patients with the need of operation to remove ureteral calculus treated in Urology Department of our hospital were chosen and divided into observation group and control group by random digits table. Patients in the control group were given general care while patients in the observation group were given comprehensive care methods. Results Statistically significant differences （P 0.01） existed in clinical care satisfaction between the two groups in which the observation group showed 35 cases of gratification, 10 cases of medium, 4 cases of dissatisfaction and the control group showed 19 cases of gratification, 16 cases of medium and 13 cases of dissatisfaction. Conclusion Comprehensive caring intervention can strengthen the protection of the urinary system, plays a crucial role in the treatment of the disease and finally improve satisfaction of patients.
