习练五禽戏与缓解大学生学习压力的功理阐释 被引量:2

摘要 五禽戏是东汉名医华佗根据中医理论和古代养生思想,结合人体脏腑、经络、气血的活动规律,观察多种动物的姿态和习性,通过模仿虎,鹿,熊,猿,鸟五种动物的动作特点创编而成的一种养生健身术。文章通过对五禽戏中形、神、意、气的功能阐述及五种动物特有功能的分析,得出习练五禽戏对缓解当前大学生学习压力的价值取向:即经常习练五禽戏可以强健体魄、缓冲不良情绪、调节机体动态平衡、保持良好的学习和生活状态。 Five--animal Exercises is a traditional health preserving which combined active characteristics of five kinds of animals: tiger, deer, bear, monkey and bird. It's first created by Hua Tuo, a famous doctor of East Han Dynasty. Hua Tuo deserved the five kinds of animals and their life styles by using the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and health preserving, so the Five--animal Exercises existed. According to the analysis of special functions of the five kinds of animals and the Five--animal Exerci- ses, this article tells a value orientation that the Five--animal Exercises can reduce the college students pressure in study. That is to say, to practice it more can strengthen physique, reduce depression, bal- ance your organism and keep a better state of life and study.
