摘要
大企业、大项目通常采取组合捆绑担保模式,但由于担保链涉及的企业众多、金额巨大,一旦出现风险,很容易产生多米诺骨牌效应,波及区域经济,甚至影响社会稳定。山东省威海市在处理大企业、大项目的担保链风险时,采取了在政府信用深度介入,实施采取风险资产分离、担保链切割和分类救助等方式,将辖内涉及多家优质企业和多家金融机构的XR集团担保链风险成功化解,为防范和化解担保链风险提供了新思路。
As the guarantee chain financing involves many companies and the sum ot loan is large, so once me risk appears, it will easily have a domino effect on the regional economy and even affect the social stability. A case in Weihai offers a new method, namely, utilizing the deep involvement of government credit to effectively cut and short- en the guarantee chain, so as to successfully defuse the risk of guarantee chain of XR Group which involves a number of high-quality companies and a number of financial institutions.
