摘要
目的:检测哮喘患儿血清VEGF和Ang-2的含量,探讨其在支气管哮喘发病中的作用。方法:选取选取2010年2月~2012年8月间在本院门诊或住院治疗的肺炎及哮喘患儿,分为哮喘组38例及肺炎组33例,并选取同时期28例健康儿童作为对照组,通过检测各组血清VEGF和Ang-2的含量和对布地奈德治疗后的变化,并对哮喘患儿血清中VEGF和Ang-2的关系进行相关性分析。结果:哮喘患儿血清VEGF、Ang-2含量较肺炎组和正常对照组显著增高。经过布地奈德治疗后,哮喘患儿血清中VEGF含量由治疗前的(389.1±101.2)pg/mL下降至(298±85.5)pg/mL(P<0.05),血清中Ang-2的含量由(142.8±46.7)pg/mL下降至(78.2±28.5)pg/mL。而且,哮喘患儿血清中VEGF含量与Ang-2含量呈正相关;结论:VEGF和Ang-2在哮喘患儿血清中明显增高,两者含量呈正相关,两者可能共同参与了支气管哮喘的炎症反应及气道重塑。
Objective. To detect the levels of serum VEGF and Ang-2 in children patients with asthma, and to explore its clinical significance in the occurrence of bronchial asthma. Methods. Children patients with pneumonia or asthma that were treated in outpatient department or inpatients or our hospital from February 2010 to August 2012 were enrolled in this study including 38 asthma cases (asthma group) and 33 pneumonia cases (Pneumonia group). Besides, 28 healthy children were also enrolled as control group. Serum levels of VEGF and Ang-2 as well as their changes before and after budesonide treatment were detected. Besides, correlation among serum VEGF and Ang-2 levels were analyzed. Results. The se- rum VEGF, Ang-2 levels in children with asthma were significantly increased compared with pneumoniagroup and normal control group. After budesonide treatment, the levels of serum VEGF in children with asthma decreased from (389.1±101.2) pg/ml to (298.0±85.5) pg/mL (P〈0.05), the levels of Ang-2 in serum decreased from (142.8± 46.7) pg/mL to (78.2 ± 28.5) pg/mL. The levels of VEGF and Ang- 2 were positively related in children asthma; Oonclusion: VEGF and Ang-2 might be used as a marker of the severity of the disease in asthma children, and they may be involved in airway remodeling.
