摘要
麻风树素植物杀螺剂室内浸杀螺卵结果表明 ,在≤ 1 .2 mg/ L浓度下无杀螺卵作用 ,6mg/ L、1 2 mg/ L有效杀成螺浓度下 ,幼螺平均孵出率分别为 61 %、4 1 % ,与清水对照组有非常显著性差异 。
The result showed that no killing effect against snail egg revealed under concentration of ≤1.2 mg/L of dimethyl formamide extract of Jatropha curcas seed, a kind of plant molluscacide, while under 6 mg/L and 12 mg/L i.e. the concentration with effective killing effect against adult snail, the average hatching rates of snail egg were only 61% and 41% respectively, and there were significant differences as compared with that of fresh water control group.
