摘要
江苏省有大面积湿地,这些湿地具有丰富的野生动植物资源、矿产资源、水资源和景观资源,是江苏省社会、经济发展的重要物质基础。笔者依据江苏省湿地资源调查成果,从湿地类型、面积、分布状况、动植物资源等方面分析了江苏湿地资源现状与基本特征,探讨了江苏湿地保护存在的问题,认为可通过制定科学的湿地保护和可持续利用规划、加快湿地保护立法进程、建立湿地生态补偿保护机制等措施解决江苏省湿地保护过程中的问题。
Large areas of wetlands in Jiangsu province provide abundant wild fauna and flora resources, mineral resources, water resources and landscape resources as the important material foundation for the social and economic development of Jiangsu province. According to the results of Jiangsu wetland inventory, this article analyzed the present situa- tion and essential characteristics of wetland resources including the wetland type, area, distribution, flora and fauna resources, etc. , and discussed the present problems and threats of wetland conservation. Finally, the measures of formu- lating scientific plans for wetland conservation and sustainable utilization, accelerating wetland conservation legislation process and establishing wetland eco-compensation mechanism were proposed for solving problems in the wetland conservation process of Jiangsu province.
