摘要
为了系统研究道路因素对车辆侧翻的影响,运用Matlab软件中的仿真模块Simulink建立了三自由度车辆动力学闭环仿真模型,提出了2个度量侧翻风险的指标——临界侧向加速度和横向荷载转移比.通过正交试验设计,研究了不同道路因素以及因素间交互作用对车辆侧翻的影响程度.结果表明,影响车辆侧翻的道路因素按其影响的强弱程度排序依次为:平曲线半径、平曲线半径与超高的交互作用、超高、缓和曲线设置、路面摩擦系数、平曲线半径与路面摩擦系数的交互作用、纵坡、平曲线半径与纵坡的交互作用,其中平曲线半径、超高、缓和曲线设置以及平曲线半径与超高交互作用对车辆侧翻具有显著性影响.
To study the influence of road conditions on vehicle rollover systematically,a closed-loop vehicle dynamic model with three degrees of freedom was established by using the simulation module Simulink in Matlab.Critical lateral acceleration and lateral load transfer ratio were proposed to measure the rollover risk.The influences of road conditions and the interactions between them on vehicle rollover were studied by using the orthogonal experiment design method.The results show that the significance of road factors can be ranked as follows: radius of horizontal curve,interaction between radius of horizontal curve and superelevation,superelevation,transition curve,pavement friction,interaction between radius of horizontal curve and pavement friction,grade,and interaction between radius of horizontal curve and grade.And the former four have great significant influence on vehicle rollover.
