摘要
[目的]研究适宜不同灵芝(Ganoderma lucidum)品种的栽培基质。[方法]以椰子果皮和木屑栽培基质分别培养灵芝5号种和4-3种,分别获取各级菌丝及子实体,通过乙醇浸提液将样品溶出,采用冰醋酸-香草醛-浓硫酸分光光度法测定总灵芝酸的含量。[结果]5号种木屑栽培所得子实体中的灵芝酸高出3级菌丝0.98个百分点,椰皮栽培基质高出3级菌丝1.20个百分点,木屑栽培基质所得子实体中的灵芝酸含量比椰皮栽培要低0.27个百分点;4-3种木屑栽培基质所得子实体中的灵芝酸高出3级菌丝1.24个百分点,椰皮栽培基质高出1.13个百分点,木屑栽培基质所得子实体中的灵芝酸含量比椰皮栽培基质要高0.20个百分点。[结论]菌丝体与子实体中的灵芝酸含量与灵芝栽培品种和栽培基质均有关系。应根据栽培目的,选择灵芝品种和栽培基质。
[ Objective ] The aim was to study the suitable culture medium for different C, anoderma lucidum varieties. [ Method ] Mycelium and fruiting body were gathered by culturing number 5 and 4 - 3 strains with coconut husk substitute cultivation and sawdust. Ganoderic acids was determined by spectrophotometric method using glacial acetic acid and vanillin sulfuric acid as color developer. [ Result] The results showed total ganoderic acid of fruiting body in number 5 strain, which was cultured with sawdust, was 0.98% more than that of three levels of myceli- um; coconut husk was 1.20% more than that of three levels of mycelium and ganoderic acid of body fruiting with culture of sawdust was 0. 27% lower than that of coconut husk. Ganoderic acid of fruiting body cultivated by sawdust was 1.24% more than that of three levels of my- celium, and by coconut was more than 1.13% , while ganoderic acid of fruiting body with culture of sawdust was 0.20% more than that of co- conut husk. [ Conclusion] The ganoderic acid content is related with cultivars and culture medium. So people should choose Ganoderma lucid- urn variety and cultivation medium according to cultivation goal.
