摘要
为了在电力企业关口计量装置状态管理系统中加入对现场计量车辆的实时智能化展示,开发了一套嵌入到关口计量装置状态管理系统中的、以GIS/GPS为核心的、特别针对现场计量车辆特点的智能化展示平台。该系统由车载终端、服务器软件平台部分、监控中心三部分构成,选用Windows NT Server操作系统平台、Oracle数据库管理系统和VB.NET系统作为开发工具,采用了n层体系结构和可重用组件技术,结合GPS定位和GIS技术实时展示车辆信息和故障信息。通过该系统在重庆市电力公司的试运行表明,基于该种架构的系统具有应用程序开发与具体平台无关、与异构数据库交互简便的特点,系统的开放性与安全性高度统一,加强了生产调度部门对现场计量车辆的调度管理,极大地提高了电力企业应对突发电力事故及重大计量装置故障及差错的反应能力,对保障电网安全稳定运行和降低计量差错损失发挥了重要作用。
This paper develops a kind of embedded,GIS and GPS centered,power system engineering vehicle contra-posed smart exhibition platform in order to add a kind of engineering vehicle smart exhibition system into the gateway measurement management system of the electric power department.The system is composed of the vehicle terminal,the server software platform and the monitoring center.Using the Windows NT Server,Oracle software and VB.NET as the developing tools.the N-tier Architecture and the reusable component technology can be used to display the real time information of engineering vehicle with the GIS and GPS technologies.The trial operation in the Chongqing Power Electrical Corp.indicates that,with the special structure,the application program development has no connection with the software platform,the heterogeneous database interaction is convenient,and the opening and security of the system is great.This smart exhibition system enhances the dispatching management on the power measurement engineering vehicle,which improves the reaction ability on the sudden accident of power equipment and power measurement equipment.It plays an important role in the safety maintenance of power grid as well as the loss decrease caused by the measurement errors of power measurement equipment.
