摘要
结合多年桥梁施工及设计经验,全面阐述了框架桥反拉系统的设计过程。首先对反拉系统进行受力分析,然后根据反拉系统受力情况,对反拉系统的构造进行了设计。最后通过反拉控制系统的设计和有效地实施措施,进一步减小了框架顶部与道床间的摩擦阻力,使得线路便不会被破坏而发生位移,有效地保证了线路的几何状态。
Combined with years of bridge construction and design experience, the design process of anti pull system is elaborated in the round frame bridge in this paper. First of all , the stress analysis are carried on anti pull system, and then based on stress situation in the anti pull system, anti pull the system structure is designed. At last, through the pull control system design and the concrete measures, friction resistance is further reduced between the top part of the frame and the ballast bed, and the line will not be destroyed and displacement which effectively ensure the line geometry.
