危重病患者血乳酸升高的机制和治疗及其与预后的关系 被引量:14

摘要 危重病患者病死率较高,常伴发心肺功能不全、循环功能障碍、血液携氧功能障碍等,导致组织细胞缺氧低灌注、血液中儿茶酚胺含量增加,使乳酸(1actate)生成增加。血乳酸水平升高,尤其是血乳酸的动态变化与危重患者的预后密切相关,是当前危重病医学研究的热点。
