摘要
目的 :研制保留灌肠中新的器械与方法。方法 :设计和制作了双腔气囊管 ,用于溃疡性结肠炎 17例 ,并与用传统方法灌肠的 16例对照。结果 :用双腔气囊管保留灌肠治疗结肠炎 ,治愈率为 6 4 7% ,与对照组差异有显著性 (P<0 0 5 )。结论 :双腔气囊管用于保留灌肠操作简便 ,药物能在体内长时间保留 ,且能直接作用于病变部位 ,提高了疗效。
Objective:To research and invent new apparatus in remained enema Method:We have design and manufacture the dual cavity sac duct and applic ated it intreatment of 17 cases ulceratic colitis,controlled with traditional enema method,curative rate is 64 7%,the difference is significant (P<0 05) Conclusion:Dual cavity sac duct is easy to use in remained enema,drug can stay in vital for longer time,directly in pathological situs improve treatment result
