摘要
目的了解军队心理学工作者面临的职业伦理困境。方法采用问卷调查法,自编"军队心理学工作者面临职业伦理困境的调查问卷",对曾参加军队心理咨询师培训的102名学员进行问卷调查,回收有效问卷73份,有效回收率71.57%。结果本次调查对象中,15.4%的人遇到同事恳请帮忙提供虚假心理测验报告,20.8%的人遇到领导询问来访者的咨询内容,45.8%的人遇到被领导要求处理非咨询工作解决的问题。结论军队心理学工作者面临特殊的两难困境。军队心理学工作者既是来访者的咨询师又是来访者战友的双重身份,军队对心理服务工作的特殊要求,军队心理学工作者个人价值观评价体系,以及目前军队心理卫生工作的管理模式,可能是导致军队心理学工作者陷入特殊伦理困境的影响因素。
Objective To study the situation of ethical dilemmas of the military psychological associates.Methods A total of 102 military psychological associates were asked to fill up a self-made ethical dilemmas questionnaire named "ethical dilemmas questionnaire of the military psychological associates faced" and 73 validated questionnaires were obtained.Results In the investigated subjects,15.4% of people were asked by their colleagues to provide a false psychological test report,20.8% were asked by their leaders corresponding to consultation contents,and 45.8% were required to deal with the problem out of the scope of psychology work.Conclusion Military psychological associates are facing specific difficulty.Dual role of the military psychologists as both the consultant and college of the visitor,the particular requirements for psychology work in the army,the evaluation system of personal values of the military psychological associates,and the management mode of military mental health work,are the main reasons leading to the particular ethical dilemmas which the military psychological associates should face.
