摘要
目的应用模拟仿真技术构建虚拟伤员,为大规模伤亡医院救治演练开辟新思路及方法。方法基于医院急救中心真实病例,构建虚拟伤员数据库,模拟大规模伤亡事件伤员。根据战争或自然灾害等不同条件,随机调用相应种类和数量虚拟伤员,进行救治模拟训练。结果参训人员应用虚拟伤员进行网上救治演练,实战背景逼真,可较快掌握大规模伤亡检伤分类、后送等救治要求和技巧。结论采用模拟仿真技术进行大规模伤亡医院救治演练,效果好,成本低,值得推广。
Objective To produce the virtual methods for the treatment exercise in hospital for mass wounded by simulation technology, so as to provide new casualty rescue. Methods The virtual wounded database for mass casualty incident was simulated and derived from the first aid real cases in hospital emergency department. According to the characteristics of different incidents, the corresponding wounded personnel would be produced at random, which could be used in the treatment simulating training. Results The virtual mass casualty wounded had features of real background, which made it easier for trainees to master the requirement and skills of triage, evacuation and treatment. Conclusion There has great improvement and application prospects with lower costs in hospital exercise for mass casualty by using simulation technology.
